( 19 ) Specific positive outcomes ( 20 ) include: Improved cooperation and collaboration between co-workers, and between employees and management ( 21 ) In addition, studies indicate that many consumers (87%, in a national survey) ( 22 ) prefer to work with or spend money in businesses that include employees with disabilities.
